Sara is an extremely important part of our team as she handles pretty much anything and everything for our group. Sara recently returned from Thailand where she was working as an English teacher. She manages our entire customer relations department as well as assists in the sales transactions. Once you find the perfect vacation home and your contract is accepted Sara will assist in making sure your closing goes as smooth as possible. Sara works directly with the title companies, home inspectors, property managers, attorneys and all the other parties involved in your sale. She makes sure every one is on track with what they’re supposed to be doing, all documents are dispersed according to time frames and that all I’s are dotted and T’s are crossed. Sara adds that extra assurance to your transaction that anything and everything that comes up will get handled as quickly and efficiently as possible. She is extremely detail oriented and makes sure nothing slips through the cracks. Aside from having your own sales agent and marketing specialist working for you, you now have your very own client support manager working for you as well.
