Daytona Beach will rent but the rates will be a bit lower, so will the prices. I would recommend the Clearwater area. That would make a great follow up post to this one. Making large returns on vacation rental properties is not that common unless you are working the property as a full time business. There are other avenues you can explore as far as online marketing that will help offset the expense of owning the property. Those are some things I will discuss in my follow up post.
