		<description>Thanks for the feedback Tom.  That would make a great follow up post to this one.  Making large returns on vacation rental properties is not that common unless you are working the property as a full time business.  There are other avenues you can explore as far as online marketing that will help offset the expense of owning the property.  Those are some things I will discuss in my follow up post.</description>
