Del Webb Orlando is back and selling homes again. The amentites will be completed by April 2011. Ridgewood Lakes golf course is awesome and the greens are rolling great. Come and see the new models.

This is really awful. We are looking for a 55+ community in the Orlando vicinity as well. We visited and loved Lakes of Mount Dora but were afraid it might have the same fate as La Cresta. Does anyone know anything about that community owned by pringle?

Also loved Solivita but it seems to have issues with the surrounding area of Poinciana. We did put in an offer on a home but are not sure what to do. Help!

This is DEVASTATING news! We had planned to buy here in a few years. we visited last year & LOVED the place & its nearness to WDW! Very VERY sad for the homeowners. I hope another developer steps in soon…There are few 55+ communities near WDW!!!
